Natasha Jha has been working with Tata Steel for the last 21 years in various verticals such as Research & Development, Supply Chain, and Marketing & Sales. She is an alumnus of BIT, Sindri and a Gold medallist from XLRI, Jamshedpur.

Natasha is a certified practitioner of Theory of Constraints and a certified auditor of CII-EXIM Business Excellence. She brings with her varied experience in business planning, strategy, change management and new product development.
